Procter & Gamble bets on demand for high-end fabric, skin-care products

Procter & Gamble Co said on Wednesday that it had not seen signs of an economic recession and raised its full-year organic sales forecast, emboldened by price hikes and strong demand for premium fabric and skin care products.
