Ex-Nissan chair Ghosn to leave jail, says to fight Japan's 'meritless' charges

Ousted Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn has posted $9 million in bail, paving the way for his release from jail as early as Wednesday and giving the executive fresh impetus to craft his defense against financial misconduct charges in Japan.
