Chevron settles Clean Air Act claims: U.S. Justice Department

Chevron Corp has settled claims by the U.S. government and the state of Mississippi that it violated provisions of the Clean Air Act and will spend approximately $162 million as part of the settlement, the U.S. Justice Department said on Wednesday.
