Thyssenkrupp investor Elliott says divisions should have more say

Activist investor Elliott wants Thyssenkrupp to give its business divisions more autonomy to pursue promising ventures, an Elliott executive told German daily Die Welt, following a leadership crisis at the German engineering group.
